OD Section Head

Job Description: 

• Identify and develop company vision& mission and values. 
• Review and develop organization structure and reporting system. 
• Create workflow process regarding to organization structure. 
• Revise and create Job description and job profile. 
• Create Competency model for the company. 
• Develop Performance Management system. 
• Create employee handbook and HR Manuel.

Qualifications: 

• At least 7-9 year as HR OD prefer to be at manufacturing field. 
• HR Diploma is required. 
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases 
• Human Resource Management/Organizational Leadership 
• Human Capital Development 
• Organizational Behavior
