Job Description:
- Identify and develop company vision& mission and values.
- Review and develop organization structure and reporting system.
- Create workflow process regarding to organization structure.
- Revise and create Job description and job profile.
- Create Competency model for the company.
- Develop Performance Management system.
- Create employee handbook and HR Manuel.
Qualifications:
- At least 7-9 year as HR OD prefer to be at manufacturing field.
- HR Diploma is required.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Human Resource Management/Organizational Leadership
- Human Capital Development
- Organizational Behavior
