- Maintain all hard copy and digital records for all correspondence
- Managing databases and filing systems
- Arrange Follow up sheet per customer
- Make phone calls in both Arabic and English Language
- Write professional e-mails/Letters in both Arabic and English Language
- Reminding the executive manager of important tasks and deadlines (maintaining agenda)
- Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
- Implementing and maintaining procedures & administrative systems
- liaising with staff, suppliers and clients • Miscellaneous tasks to support the executive manager, which will vary according to the project, for example: making specific search/ collecting data, information / …etc.
Requirements:
- Alexandria residents
- Fluent English (Write/Read/Speak)
- Organized
- Sociable
- Able to work in a team
- Able to work under stress
- Knowledge of MS Office applications
- High skills in surfing the internet
