Job Description
Damietta Alliance is seeking to hire:
"Bank & Cash Accountant".
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure cash availability with accordance to the payment schedule and the expected monthly expenditure.
- Ensure accurate bank/cash reconciliation with the monthly bank statement and the monthly fiscal cash count.
- Ensure usage of the accurate currencies rates in respect of the company currency (USD).
- Ensure the maximum benefit usage of the cash available
- Processing the suppliers’ payment in accordance with the agreed payment terms.
- Ensure accuracy of the appropriate directing of bank & cash accounts
- Ensure the appropriate approval for each payment request.
- Processing all the payments orders to the suppliers according to the agreed credit terms.
- Review all bank and cash transaction.
- Processing monthly bank & cash reconciliation based on bank statement & fiscal cash count.
- Changing the currency rates on SAP monthly.
- Creating & reviewing time deposits.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, English section.
- Five years of general accounting experience- and minimum the last two years in bank & Cash activities
- ERP User is a must
- Cash management skills
- A good knowledge of issuing LC's
- A good knowledge of issuing LG's
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office
- Self-motivated individual with effective organizational skills
- Must be proactive, with the ability to meet future needs
- Ability to undertake multiple tasks at the same time without losing focus
- CTP or any other advanced certificate in treasury will be an advantage
