We Are Hiring HR Generalist For Beeah Group Egypt (ACUD)!**
**Position:** HR Generalist
**Location:** Beeah Egypt (ACUD)
Are you a dynamic HR professional with a knack for recruitment and team-building? Beeah Group Egypt (ACUD) is on the lookout for a skilled **HR Generalist** to join our team. We’re especially interested in candidates with **at least 3 years of experience**, preferably in recruiting **blue-collar workers.**
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, with a focus on blue-collar positions.
- Manage employee relations and support a positive work environment.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company objectives.
- Handle onboarding, training, and development programs for employees.
- Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
- Assist in performance evaluation processes and provide actionable feedback.
**Requirements:**
- **Experience:** Minimum 3 years in an HR Generalist role, with a strong focus on recruitment.
- **Industry Knowledge:** Familiarity with blue-collar recruitment is highly preferred.
- **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Skills:** Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- **Tech Proficiency:** Hands-on experience with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- **Problem-Solving:** Proven ability to handle challenges and think critically under pressure.
