Bluebell Pharmaceuticals is seeking a high caliber to join our team as an Accounts Receivable Specialist
Location: Maadi
Key Responsibilities:
- Generating accurate invoices and processing payments from clients.
- Monitoring accounts to identify overdue payments and initiating follow-ups.
- Reconciling customer accounts and resolving discrepancies efficiently.
- Preparing reports on accounts receivable status and cash flow analysis.
- Coordinating with internal teams to handle billing queries and disputes.
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Supporting month-end closing processes with financial data.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheets (ERP Odoo, Excel ).
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Familiarity with bookkeeping principles and financial regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (preferred).
- Prior experience in accounts receivable or a similar role within pharmaceutical co. is an advantage.
