Welco Group is Hiring (HR Manager)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the
company & business objectives.
-Lead the recruitment process, ensuring the acquisition of top talent.
-Develop and execute effective onboarding programs for new hires.
-Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting and feedback mechanisms.
-Implement performance improvement plans when necessary,ensuring fair and transparent processes.
-Manage the compensation and benefits programs, ensuring
competitiveness in the market.
-Conduct regular market analysis to benchmark and adjust compensation packages accordingly.
-Oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with
local labor laws.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources,or a related field.
-Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3
years in a managerial role.
-Professional certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-SCP, HRCI-SPHR) is highly desirable.
-Strong understanding of Middle East labor laws and cultural nuances.
