 Field Engineer – Mobile Maintenance

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering

 

Job Description:

 

The Field Engineer will play a vital role in ensuring the reliability and performance of the mobile fleet. This position focuses on gathering critical equipment data, conducting planned maintenance inspections, and ensuring compliance with maintenance strategies. Acting as a direct link between technicians and reliability teams, the Field Engineer supports effective communication, timely issue resolution, and optimal fleet performance.

 

Position Requirements:

 • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)

 • 3-5 years of experience in mobile maintenance or a related field

 • Expertise in data collection, QA/QC procedures, and maintenance strategy compliance

 • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to support equipment reliability

 • Ability to collaborate with technicians and technical advisors to optimize fleet performance

 • Expert-level proficiency in English for technical reporting and communication

 • Expert-level computer skills, including maintenance software and data analysis tools

 • Commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency in maintenance operations

 

 

  Job Location & Work Schedule:

 • Location: Marsa Alam, Red Sea

 • Work Schedule: 20 days on / 10 days off

 • Home to Site Transportation & Full Accommodation Provided
