Vacancy: Senior IT Projects Engineer
Location: District 5

Part of the duties/responsibilities:
- Manage and design network passive component (Fiber and UTP Cabling, patch panel, faceplate, rack organization, etc.…).
- Collaborate with real estate project teams to define the IT scope, objectives, and deliverables that support the property’s operational and technological needs.
- Draw the plane layout of network using AutoCAD with technical specs and submit it to management.
- Work on Cisco devices platforms Cisco 9200, Cisco 9300, Cisco AP Meraki, Cisco Call manager.
- Prepare project documents, contracts and reports as required.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource requirements for IT components, ensuring alignment with construction and development schedules.
- Ensure the seamless integration of IT systems into new and existing properties, including fiber-optic networks, wireless access, smart building solutions, building management systems (BMS), and security systems (CCTV, access control).
- Oversee the implementation of property management software, tenant portals, and IoT (Internet of Things) solutions for building automation (e.g., lighting, HVAC, energy management).
- Coordinate with third-party vendors for the installation and configuration of building security systems, network infrastructure, and other real estate technology.
- Ensure compliance with real estate industry standards and local regulatory requirements related to IT systems, such as data privacy, security, and building codes.
- Provide on-site technical oversight during the construction and development phases to ensure IT infrastructure is installed according to design specifications.
- Conduct performance testing and quality assurance of installed systems, ensuring that the IT infrastructure supports the operational needs of the property (e.g., security, communication, and tenant services).
- Troubleshoot and resolve any IT issues that arise during the construction, pre-occupancy, or operational phases of the project.
- Maintain open communication with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors for IT services and systems integration.
- Provide updates on project progress, milestones, and risks to senior management.
- Ensure that all IT installations comply with real estate security standards, cybersecurity protocols, and any data management policies.
- Maintain documentation related to IT system installations, configurations, and operational procedures.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, computer science.
- Experience with LAN design including IP allocations, network segmentation, and VLAN definition and implementation and Working knowledge of industry routing protocols (RIP, OSPF, EIGRP, BGP).
- Strong knowledge of IT Projects and Network Project LAN/WAN/WIRELESS and FTTH.
- Mandatory CCNA certified.
- Preferred ITIL certified.
