Responsibilities:

Develop and implement category strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
 Create and execute pricing strategies to maintain market competitiveness.
 Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to achieve cost efficiency.
 Monitor market trends and analyze competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
 Expand category selection and optimize product offerings.
 Lead contract management strategies and sourcing engagements to achieve cost savings.
 Develop negotiation strategies to enhance business performance and supplier partnerships.
 Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Business Development, and Operations to drive conversion and business success.
 Set up and improve procurement processes for operational efficiency.
 Analyze data and create accurate demand forecasting to support business decisions.
 Conduct supplier performance reviews to ensure continuous improvement and strong partnerships.

Requirements:
🎓 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
 Experience: Proven experience in category management, procurement, or merchandising.
 Skills:
 Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
 Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
 Ability to analyze market trends and optimize product selection.
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
