INVERSION is hiring “ Project Manager” to be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering engineering projects on time, within scope, and within budget. They oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, coordinate with stakeholders, manage resources, and ensure compliance with industry standards and company objectives.

-Key Responsibilities:

1-Project Planning & Execution.
2-Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively, ensuring the availability of skilled personnel, materials, and equipment to meet project requirements.
3-Risk Management: Identify potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues that arise during project execution.
4-Budget & Cost Control: Develop and manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure cost efficiency without compromising quality.
5-Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure projects adhere to industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies. Conduct quality checks and audits.
6–Reporting & Documentation: Maintain project documentation, prepare status reports, and communicate project updates to senior management.

-Qualifications & Requirements:

1-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, architectural major. A Master’s degree is a plus.
2-Proven experience in managing engineering projects, minimum 12 years of experience.
3-Strong knowledge of project management methodologies & tools.
4-Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
5-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
6-PMP or other relevant certifications are preferred.
