Max Muscle Elite is Hiring: Supply Chain Manager
 Join Max Muscle Elite, a leading company in the supplement industry, as we seek a Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our procurement and inventory management processes.
 *Key Responsibilities:*
• Develop and implement effective planning strategies for managing a portfolio of over 400 products.
• Oversee the procurement of raw materials, ensuring seamless alignment with production schedules.
• Monitor inventory levels, establish re-order points, and conduct cover stock analysis for optimal stock management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and compliance.
• Manage purchase orders (POs) with accuracy, ensuring they meet company policies and standards.
• Lead regular meetings with teams and stakeholders to review progress, discuss strategies, and adapt to demand changes.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify opportunities for efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Mentor, lead, and optimize the performance of the planning team.
*Qualifications:*
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Proven experience in planning and procurement, ideally in a mid-sized company.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management principles, including re-order points and cover stock analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with suppliers and internal teams.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, with a track record of managing and developing teams.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, spreadsheets, and relevant planning tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
