Job Description
o Preparing and designing construction drawings for projects.
o Preparing and designing construction workshop drawings
o Preparing the construction sectors required for implementation
o Making an inventory of the quantities and items of work included in the project.
o Setting specifications for the items after studying the owner's requirements and according to the design principles.
o Determining the estimated cost of the items after studying the price and analyzing the pricing categories
o Preparing the initial estimate for projects.
o Entering work related to the engineering accounting program Double click
o Creating items and adding them to the program Double click
Job Requirements
- Extensive knowledge of the basics of structural design
- AutoCAD - MS Office - SAP - SAFE - ETAPS-REVIT – Primavera
