We are seeking highly skilled and experienced professionals to join our dynamic team for full-time, on-site positions in East Cairo and the North Coast.

We are currently recruiting for the following roles:

 * Architectural Technical Office Engineer  - Minimum 8 Years' Experience: Responsible for technical documentation, shop drawing review, and coordination with design teams.

 * Structural Technical Office Engineer  - Minimum 8 Years' Experience: Oversees structural design implementation, technical submittals, and quality control.

 * Quantity Surveyor - Minimum 8 Years' Experience: Manages quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and contract administration.

 * Site Architectural Engineer  - Minimum 7 Years' Experience: Supervises architectural works on-site, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards.

 * Senior Electrical Engineer  - Minimum 12 Years' Experience: Leads electrical design and installation, ensuring compliance with codes and standards.

 * Electrical Engineer - Minimum 7 Years' Experience: Supports senior engineers in electrical design, installation, and testing.

 * Senior Mechanical Engineer  - Minimum 12 Years' Experience: Manages mechanical design and installation, ensuring efficient and reliable systems.

 * Mechanical Engineer  - Minimum 7 Years' Experience: Assists senior engineers in mechanical design, installation, and maintenance.

 * Document Controller - Minimum 8 Years' Experience: Manages project documentation, ensuring accurate and timely distribution and retrieval.

Key Qualifications:
 * Minimum years of experience as specified for each role.
 * Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Primavera, etc.). Specific software proficiencies should be listed within the responsibilities of each individual role.
 * Proven track record of successful project delivery.
 * Strong understanding of industry standards and best practices.
 * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
 * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
 * Availability to work full-time in East Cairo and/or the North Coast.
 * Specific project type experience will be considered a plus.
