Job Opportunity: Accounts Payable Accountant

ü Job Description:
Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile accounts payable transactions.
Produce accurate and error-free accounting reports and present results.
Analyze financial information and summarize financial status.
Identify errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending.
Provide technical support and advice to the Management Accountant.
Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures.
Participate in financial standards setting and forecasting processes.
Contribute to the department’s goal-setting process.
Prepare and produce budgets according to the set schedule.
Assist with tax audits and tax return filings.
Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance.
Support the month-end and year-end closing process.
Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
ü Job Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable, preferably in manufacturing companies.
· Familiarity with ERP systems.
· Good knowledge of IFRS.
