Collection Specialist

Main responsibilities:

Follow up clients and collect outstanding debts from customers via phone and email.
Provide regular reports on collection performance.
Collaborate with the team to improve collection performance.
Applying the company's policies and procedures.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
At least one year of experience in collections or a related field.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage difficult situations.
Proficient in computer and financial applications.
