ATA Architects International is Hiring "Senior Projects Coordinator" For Cairo branch: 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Review project deliverable and documents.
· Review concept design package according to building codes, fire, life safety code and MOMRA regulations.
· Attend kick of meeting project meeting with concept team and with other disciplines to gather issues and solve it then prepare technical inputs.
· Attend the technical meeting with clients.
· Follow up with the other parties, specialists and sub consultants.
· Manage coordination process with concept team and other disciplines (structural, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, interior design and landscape).
· Prepare visual validation report & Coordination report.
· Perform a final review of the technical drawings package before submitting to the client.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

· Experience in BIM is Must.
· Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
· Minimum 6-8 years of progressive experience in architectural design office for mid to large scale commercial, residential and office building projects.
· Well understanding of codes and regulations that governing the Design stages
· Be confident, assertive and independent.
· Computer skills: Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD & MS Office.
· Collaborative and Multi-Disciplinary Working.
· Deadline-driven and highly motivated individual.
. Familiar with gulf projects specially in KSA.
. Good knowledge of Autodesk construction cloud (ACC) is preferred
