• Job Title: Architectural Section Head.

• Department: Architectural.

• Job Responsibilities:

Oversee the preparation of quantity survey files (Excel – Dwg).

Review and verify subcontractor invoices.

Manage material requests and follow up with suppliers.

Review site reports and ensure compliance with specifications.

Supervise architectural designs using Revit.

Coordinate work between the technical office and on-site teams.

Prepare technical reports and oversee quality control.

• Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.

Proficiency in software: Revit, CAD, and Microsoft Office (Word - Excel).

7 to 10 years of experience in construction and contracting.

Strong leadership skills and the ability to make decisions.

Ability to manage teams and work under pressure.

Employment Type: Full Time.

Location: Head office in Maadi.
