Be the first line of support for our team, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues efficiently.
🔹 Experience: 1-3 years in IT support or help desk roles.
🔹 Key Skills: Hardware/software troubleshooting, IT equipment setup, user support.
🔹 Preferred Certifications: CompTIA A+.
