Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the accounting cycle, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable functions, including processing invoices, resolving discrepancies, and managing cash flow.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Manage the company's payroll and benefits administration.
Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, regulations, and tax laws.
- Prepare and file tax returns and other regulatory filings.
- Maintain strong internal controls and ensure the integrity of financial data.
- Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.
- Assist with budget preparation and variance analysis.
- Participate in special projects and ad-hoc analyses as needed.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related fields.
- +2 years of experience as a General Accountant or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the retail industry.
- CPA or other relevant professional certifications.
- Experience with ERP systems.
