Job Title: Mechanical Site Engineer
Experience: 5-7 Years

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Site Engineer to join our dynamic team at Al Meshka MEP Company. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in the mechanical engineering field and be proficient in managing on-site operations for mechanical systems, ensuring quality and compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities:
Oversee mechanical installations and ensure smooth on-site execution of projects.
Monitor progress and coordinate with site teams to meet project deadlines.
Conduct regular site inspections and maintain detailed reports on project activities.
Work closely with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure materials and resources are available.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Resolve any technical issues that arise during the execution phase.
Review and approve mechanical design and shop drawings.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
5-7 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, fire-fighting systems, and other mechanical systems.
Ability to manage site teams and contractors effectively.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and project management software.
