Human Resources Specialist
Job Description
Ensure the staff requisition cycle is running smoothly.
Choose the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source.
Build pool of candidates by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites.
Attract applicants by placing job advertisements, contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.
Call the qualified candidates and set interviews with them.
Arranges interviews schedule and communicate them with the concerned parties.
Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; and interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications
Coordinate with different sources to subscribe and attend career fairs.
Conduct job interviews and perform HR interview assessment report.
Complete the Hiring Process. (Job Offer, inform the concerned Parties).
Notify the concerned parties in both of head office and sites with newcomers to take the required action.
Coordinate with compensation and benefits department to issue and send offer letter to accepted candidates.
Prepare/update employment records related to hiring, transferring, and promotion
Assist in writing and developing job descriptions.
Contact universities to acquire top students for summer training program.
Contact project managers to coordinate the process of summer training program and allocate the trainees on different sites successfully.
Perform other related duties as required
Skills
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

From 1 to 4 years of related Experience preferred in construction field.

Excellent experience in Interviewing and assessment.

Excellent Arabic Language.

Excellent English Language.

Excellent working knowledge of MS office
