Ökoplan is seeking to hire the following position:

- Proposal Engineer, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience.

 Duties & Responsibilities:
- Financial & technical proposals with experience developing, estimating, and quoting.
- Work with technical team, gather data, and ask the right questions to define a project.
- Monitor and meet any additional requirements for completing the tender submission, including follow-up and communication with all parties associated with the company.
- Experience with Government and private sector tenders, e-tendering and bidding for both online and offline tender submission channels.
- Monitoring of the bids to ensure it is aligned with the organization's requirements.
- Developing quotes and proposals.
- Preparing, negotiating, and renegotiating offers with clients and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Participate in pricing the RFPs and review clients request (RFQ & RFP) - track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets.
- Review and comment on client’s technical specifications. 
- Assist in preparing the proposal work plan, manage assignments, collect, and organize proposal content

Qualifications:
- Tendering Analysis
- Preparing Technical Proposals and financial Proposals for project
- Negotiate and dialogue with clients
- Projects breakdown and pricing sheets
- Engineering Consultancy firms experience Only
- Bachelor's degree Architecture or Civil
