Planning Engineer is required for a reputable Real Estate development company:

Location: Head Office (Heliopolis)

Job Description:
·   Manage scheduling, planning and oversee the entire program of work and decide on the most appropriate engineering techniques and sequences of activities for each project.
·   Manage and supervise making estimations for timescales and costs.
·   Supervise the project at all stages and provide solutions to problems.
·   Review and modify the work breakdown structure information in means to assess an accurate forecast on time, resources and cash flow of the project
·   Determine appropriate logistics solution in managing resources
·   Set up alerts for all important contractual and milestone dates
·   Prepare cash flow, charts and histograms on planning projects
·   Monitor progress periodically and compare it with the baseline planning
·   Prepare the monthly Progress reports
·   Accumulate, collect and analyze data and information required for planning

Job Requirements:
*Experience Needed: 5 Years
*Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree of engineering
