We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant (E-Commerce)join our team
Job Description
•Process and record all incoming online payments from various payment processors and banks. Reconcile payments to credit card statements and banking reports.
•Record and account for inventory movements associated with online orders. Work with inventory and fulfillment team to ensure accurate inventory levels.
•Review all online transactions for compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and relevant laws and regulations. Resolve any issues identified and implement corrective actions.
•Prepare, analyze and interpret financial reports related to the e-commerce business such as income statements, balance sheets and key performance indicators. Provide insights and recommendations based on the reports.
•Plan and implement accounting processes and controls for the e-commerce business. Ensure seamless integration with the company's overall accounting systems.
•Liaise with other teams such as IT, marketing and customer service to resolve transaction-related issues.
•Audit the work of accounting staff to ensure accuracy and compliance. Recommend and implement improvements to accounting processes.
