Engineer - Procurement Electrical

Job Purpose:
 1 - Assist in Identifying potential suppliers, evaluating their capabilities, and negotiating terms and conditions.
2 - Follow up with new subcontractors and suppliers for the company and evaluate them to create competition that benefits the company in terms of quality of work and access to the largest financial return for the company.
 3 - Correspond with vendors, suppliers, subcontractors, and clients concerning shipments, shortages, price changes, changes in specifications, drawings, substitutions, rerouting, etc.
4 - Fosters and maintains good relations with present and potential subcontractors, professional organizations, and other individuals who may influence the business activities of the Company.
5 - Assist in Ensuring compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
6 - Reviewing the requests for quotations from suppliers and contractors after obtaining the work estimation, technical specifications, and work parameters for the project from the technical office.
 7- Develop new ways of sourcing, bidding, negotiating, and contracting.
 
 Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- 3 - 5 years of experience 
- Documentation Skills.
- Verbal Communication.
- Analytical Thinking & Result Oriented.
- Problem Solving.
