- 7 -10 years of professional experience in architecture and design.
- Experience in managing design projects from concept through schematic drawings.
- Proficiency in design software including 3D MAX, AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign, and PowerPoint.
- Strong experience with rendering software such as V-Ray, Escape, or Lumion for creating realistic project visualizations.
