Senior Proposal Engineer

Qualifications and Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree in engineering is a must. 
- From 5 to 7 years of experience is a must.
- Fluent in English and Frenech is a must.
- Consultation Experience is preferable.
- Strong Communication Skills.
