Job Description:

• Share the review & evaluation of Arch. design packages intended for tendering    for constructability and integrity.
• Report to the senior Arch. on any noted quality deviations by Contractors.
• Coordinate with HSE officer for agreeing the required site safety measures.
• Coordinate with other trades engineers for integrity and proper arrangement of    site construction activities.
• Inspection Contractors’ site activities & compare the compliance with Contract specifications.
• Follow-up of Contractors’ work progress and highlight any nonconformance with the Contract design documents.
• Review Contractors’ submitted progress reports related to Arch. scope of works and share the data collection for preparing the Client’s periodical reports.
• Issue snag lists and follow-up further rectification.
• Other tasks may be assigned by line manager.

Job Requirements:

• 4 - 6 years of experince.
• Engineering Consultant background is a MUST.
