Technical Office Engineer - Contracts (Civil/Architectural Engineer) with (5 -7) Years of Experience in in Contracting Works
Job Description:
* Reviewing contract requests and comparing them with the project’s BOQ, specifications, general, and specific conditions, and preparing a statement of contract requests for follow-up.
* Preparing technical and financial comparisons for quotations.
* Negotiating with subcontractors to secure the best prices and contractual terms.
* Drafting construction and engineering consultancy contracts according to project requirements, with knowledge of relevant construction laws.
* Preparing reports related to contracts, contract requests, and comparisons.
