 "Team leader Structural Engineer” For Cairo branch:
Key Responsibilities:

▪️ Lead and manage the structural engineering team throughout the project lifecycle, from initial concept through to completion.
▪️Sure all designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
▪️Work closely with the Head of Structure to handle and oversee multiple projects, ensuring that design work aligns with the overall project goals and timelines.
▪️ Coordinate effectively with various departments to ensure smooth project execution and resolve any technical challenges that arise.

 Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

▪️ Degree in S-tructural Engineering or a related field.
▪️10+ years of experience working on large-scale Gulf-based projects (particularly KSA projects).
▪️ Proven experience in managing and mentoring a team of engineers to produce high-quality calculations, designs, and drawings efficiently.
▪️ Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide the team to meet project deadlines.
▪️ In-depth technical knowledge with expertise in structural engineering principles and practices.
▪️Proficiency in industry-standard software tools, including SAP, ETABS, SAFE, Revit, AutoCAD, BIM 360, and others.
▪️ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
▪️ Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments to facilitate smooth project coordination and resolve challenges.
