Key Responsibilities 

* Review & Approve Design Drawings For Mechanical Systems 
* Review & Approve Materials Specifications & BOQs For Mechanical systems 
* Review & Approve Hydraulic Calculations For Mechanical Systems 
* Review & Approve Shop-drawings For Mechanical Systems 
* Review & Approve Coordination Drawings Between MEP Systems 
* Review & Approve Contractors Invoices For MEP Systems 
* Preparing All the above points For EPC Projects (if any) 

- DC Specialist 
 
Requirements:
- Real estate background is a must preferred Developers
