we're Hiring for the following position :
Construction Accountant (Real Estate)

Job description:
Preparing financial reports for contractors and suppliers & 's needs.
Preparing and recording the treasury site account and payments daily.
Reviewing and verifying invoices and payment certificates, ensuring they match with contractors’ agreements.
Tracking with engineering department to set and constructions policy as job needs.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
7 Years of Experience as a Construction - Real Estate Field
Experience in dealing with contracts for contractors.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
