Job Description
Oper8 Ict Is Hiring the following position :
𝑯𝑹 𝒔𝒆𝒏𝒊𝒐𝒓
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- Manage employee relations and resolve issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Assist with performance management and staff development.
- Coordinate with various departments to support HR-related functions.
- Stay up to date with MOM for payroll purposes, review monthly payroll reports.
- Reporting and Analytics
- Team Leadership and Development
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Handle employees investagation
- Serve as a point of contact for employees inquiries, addressing concerns and facilitating conflict resolution
- Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures in accordance with legal requirements and industry standards.
- Ensure organizational compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining appropriate records and documentation.
- Prepare and present reports on HR activities, employee performance, and workforce trends to senior management.
- Coordinate training sessions and workshops aimed at enhancing employee skills and knowledge.
- Liaison with ministry of labor.
- Manage Monthly payroll process
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
- Bachelor's degree from the Faculty of law
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in human resources,
Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- English Excellent is must
