 an Accounting Supervisor 
to join our team! If you have a
strong background in accounting and are looking for an
opportunity to take on more responsibilities, we would
be gald to hear from you.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare the internal Financial Statements.
Ensure that cost centers are posted correctly.
Follow up on the daily process of selling the new &
used cars and ending the gate passes related to it.
Revise the car invoices and deliver them to our
representative to end the licensing process.
Follow up the collection of the financed cars.
Follow up the amount dues to MB Egypt.
Prepare monthly reports of the Sales & Stock &
Deposits.
Prepare monthly reports of the Outstanding &
Received Financing commission.
Prepare the car purchase entries.
Match the cars' stock balance.
• Prepare the entries of (Commissions & incentives).
Review notes receivable balance and its collection
process.
Review journal entries related to customers that
were recorded by the accountant.
Prepare outdoor credit sales report.
Follow up warranty invoices collection.
Requirements:
- bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance
- 7-10 years of experience.
- Experience with accounting software.
- Excellent proficiency in MS Excel and accounting
programs.
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles, laws, and
regulations.
