SETS international, is looking to hire the following position to join our team:
Title : Senior HR Operations 
Type : Full Time 
Location: Giza, Egypt

Responsibilities: 
- Responsible for maintaining the daily HR operations 
- Helping in the change phase of the company handling people requests
- Handling the recruitment process, starting from creating the ad to sending the job offer. 
- Prepare periodical reports needed from the management 
- Helping in monitoring and achieving the training & development plan 
- Helping in the personnel process with the HR team 
- Managing the process of automating the payroll process on the ERP system 
-  Making the payroll on the ERP system 

Qualifications: 
-  8 to 12 years of experience
-  Has experience in recruitment, OD, Personnel and payroll
-  Worked on ERP system is preferable
-  Can calculate the income taxes and social insurance percentage 
-  Worked on setting policies and procedures 
-  Very good knowledge of labor law 
-  Very good communication skills 
-  Very good in speaking, writing and reading in English 
-  Welling to work in more than one discipline
