Job Description
Delta Capital for Urban Development is currently hiring the following :
Vacancy : Receptionist
Location : Dokki
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors warmly, providing them with a positive first impression of the company.
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel, taking messages as needed.
- -Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the calendar for meetings and events.
- Assist in preparing and distributing internal and external communications.
- Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area. - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Support the team with various projects as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business or any related discipline.
- From 2 to 5 years of experience in the same field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Excellent Organizational skills.
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Resident of Mohandseen , 6 October , Sheikh Zayed or Haram is preferred.
