with the following qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
-10+ years relevant experience in maintenance including at least 5-7 years in positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities.
-Preferably experience in the hospitality industry.
-Competent in problem-solving, team building, planning, and decision-making.
-Strives to enhance service performance.
