M Squared is seeking an experienced “MEP Team Leader” to oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems design and implementation.

Job Location: Our Head Office – Al Mohandseen

Job Responsibilities:
· MEP Design reviewing plans, details, specified, BOQ and cots estimated of plumbing, heating, ventilating, air conditioning, infrastructure networks and general piping system.
· Follow up all tender document’s preparation procedures from drawings, calculations, bill of quantities and technical specifications.
· Provide MEP engineering design “if needed”.
· Validate design issues related to MEP and suggest alternative solutions.
· Monitor status of interface agreements across project and provide regular updates to development.
· Assist review and finalize of overall project schedule, progress, monitoring.
· Follow projects construction activities.

Job Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputable university.
· 7+ years of experience preferred consultant office and design background.
· Fluent in English (written & spoken).
· Strong communication and leadership skills.
