Job Title: Technical Office Engineer (BIM Specialist)
Location: Head Office - New Cairo.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain detailed BIM models for various projects.
2. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and accuracy.
3. Conduct clash detection and resolve conflicts within the BIM environment.
4. Assist in the preparation of technical documentation and reports.
5. Support project teams with data analysis and project coordination.
6. Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies and methodologies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or Electrical Engineering
Proven experience in BIM modeling and technical office work.
Proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Knowledge of construction processes and standards.
