nepton is hiring Electrical Tendering Engineer- Senior
-responsibilities:-
* Manage associated cost preparation responsibilities.
* Obtain factored / sub supplier costs where necessary.
*Prepare technical & commercial proposals.
* Attend clarification meetings with Client when required.
* Ensure that tenders meet company commercial guidelines and have the necessary sign off in accordance with the delegation of authority guidelines.
* Take responsibility for all associated handover documentation in the event of an order.
* Participate in and actively support company initiatives.
* Be familiar with the general specifications and market requirements.
* Familiar with the risks and hazards within the activities and processes of the role and procedures, practices and measures in place to mitigate the risks.
All other duties as relevant to the post.
-Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree of electrical engineering
7-10 years of experience
Ability to work under pressure
Experience of dealing with complex tenders
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and Power Point).
Excellent Command of Arabic & English language skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD

Electrical Tendering Engineer- Junior
*Study the tender documents (specifications, drawing, BOQ, method of measurements and contracts) to understand the project scope.
* Undertake splitting the project into packages to be sent to the suppliers.
* Prepare a log that includes the replies of queries received from the consultant.
* Follow up with suppliers to ensure pricing the items on time.
* Assist in preparation of financial and technical comparison sheets to analyze the variance of commercial and technical offer.
*Update the tender log based on each project’s status.
* Update the contact list to maintain communication with suppliers or clients.
* Conduct quantity survey for lump sum items and projects to determine the accurate quantity.
-requirements:-
Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering
2 – 4 Years of experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and Power Point).
Excellent Command of Arabic & English language skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD
