Cost Control Team Leader
- 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Maadi Head Office

𝑱𝒐𝒃 𝑫𝒆𝒔𝒄𝒓𝒊𝒑𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏:
- Ensure the implementation of all Project Control Department procedures and manuals.
- Review the project budget and the required resources to issue original budget in coordination with team members and related parties.
- Ensure that the Project Cost Control staff reflects project change as required and issue the monthly current budget.
- Review projects’ monthly cost report, highlight the critical issues and recommend actions as necessary.
- Conduct ongoing review for projects’ cost plan and point out major deviations.
Review projects’ cash flow and prepare analysis report as required.

𝑹𝒆𝒒𝒖𝒊𝒓𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔:
- B.Sc. Civil or Arch Engineering graduates.
- From 8 to 10 years experience in the same position .
- CCP,PMP,PRMG Courses are preferred
