Senior Mechanical Estimation Engineer
𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: 5th Settlement (𝐇𝐐)

 𝑱𝒐𝒃 𝑫𝒆𝒔𝒄𝒓𝒊𝒑𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏:
- Create estimates and breakdowns for the items, completeness, and compliance with defined mechanical works. 
- Suggest value engineer solutions. 
- Review QS sheets from project drawings. 
- Making technical and financial comparison sheets 
- Review the project documents (specs, DWG, BOQ) to identify the Mechanical scope of work, study conflict between documents. 
- Suggest technical clarifications to client.
- Follow up all offers, negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors for discounts or technical issues. 

 𝑹𝒆𝒒𝒖𝒊𝒓𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔:
 - Education: Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
 - Experience: Min 5 Years of experience in the Construction field
 - Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP System.
