Q Developments is seeking for the following positions in Engineering Sector :-
Architect designer Engineer ( Alexandria Branch )

Key Responsibilities: -
- Interior and Exterior Background 
- discuss the design requirements for new constructions, alterations, or repairs.
- Create and develop architectural designs and concepts for various projects.
- Produce detailed drawings, plans, and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information necessary for design development.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and zoning laws.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project success.

Requirements: -
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- Proven experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photo Shop
- 3D (V. Ray – Corona Render)
- Minimum Experience from 4 to 6 Years at the same filed 
- Real Estate Background is a must 
- Alexandria Residence is a must 

- Senior Site Engineers in both projects 
( Zayed and North Coast )
- Must Mention the project location in the subject 

- Technical Office Electrical Engineer ( Alexandria Branch )
Requirements: -
- Proven experience as an Electrical Engineer
- Minimum Experience from 4 to 6 Years at the same filed
- Real Estate Background is a must
- Alexandria Residence is a must

 
- Document Control Specialist in both projects 
( Zayed and Ras Elhekma )

- Must Mention the project location in the subject
