We are hiring: a TECHNICAL OFFICE ARCHITET to join our team.

Qualifications:
• Professional Degree in Architecture.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in the field.
• AutoCAD & Microsoft Office are a must.
• 3D software is preferred.
• Good knowledge of project design different aspects and construction documentation production.
• Strong Knowledge of materials and suppliers.
• Strong Knowledge of construction and finishing phases on site.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Good command of English verbal and written.
• Demonstrates collaborative and professional work ethic.

Responsibilities:
•Prepares shop drawings & qty survey
• Prepares design development and tender drawing packages.
• Coordination with various design consultants.
• Stick to company and project goals of excellence in design.
• Organizes and plans according to deadlines.
• Report to team leader

Days off: Friday and Saturday
Location: Maadi, Cairo.
