M squared is seeking a talented and creative “Graphic Designer” to join the Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a strong portfolio showcasing their work, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Location: Head Office - Mohandseen

Job Responsibilities:
· Conceptualize and create visually stunning graphics for various digital and print projects, including websites, social media, marketing collateral, and branding materials.
· Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet objectives and deadlines.
· Generate fresh ideas and innovative concepts to elevate our brand and engage our target audience.
· Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and design software/tools to continuously improve skills and processes.
· Create content for billboards, brochures, and postcards.
· Enhance artworks for internal and external communications.

Job Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or related field.
· 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, versatility, and proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
· Ability to multitask and prioritize projects in a dynamic work environment.
· Knowledge of current design trends, techniques, and best practices.
· Video production and editing skills is a plus.
· Excellent English language.
· Real estate background is a plus.
· Have a Behance or a portfolio.
