SENIOR DESIGN ENGINEER - CIVIL
Description
 

·         Prepare the civil drawings time schedule for specified task after co-ordinate with junior Eng. & section head Eng. respecting the overall project time schedule. 

·         Technical support for junior Eng.

·         Prepare database including samples from substation items e.g. control building, 66 kV building, cable trenches, transformer foundation, roads, foundations for outdoor equipment and gantries to be used when needed for civil design drawings.

·         Prepare the design civil drawings and the calculation notes.

·         Co-ordinate with other concerned department to be sure that co-ordination with other activities has been taken into consideration e.g. indoor lighting, fire detection, cable trenches, openings, HVAC, outdoor lighting, lighting pole foundations….etc.

·         Regular site visits (if needed) to check and report work progress.

·         Conduct visits either to consultant or client where applicable for clarifications if needed.
 
Qualifications
 

·         Education: Bachelor degree in civil engineering.

·         Years of Experience: 5-8 years of experience in related field.

·         Language: Good English & Arabic.

·         Computer skill: Microsoft office, Autodesk AutoCAD, Design programs (Sap, Etabs,….etc)
