WE'RE HIRING:
HUMAN RESOURCES BUSINESS PARTNER
5-7 years of experience
Job Scope:
-Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop
job descriptions. -Conduct HR interviews & give hiring recommendation to Technical Managers Acting as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, concerns, and grievances.
-Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, and advising management on best practices.
-Develop and implement performance evaluation processes and tools. Providing guidance and support to managers in setting performance goals and conducting performance reviews.
-Identify training and development needs and coordinating training programs.
-Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, and benefits enrollment.
Skills Required:
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
-Strong understanding of HR best practices, principles, and methodologies.
-Advanced MS Office applications.
-Facility management background is preferable.
Educational Degree:
-Bachelor in HR, Business Administration or any relevant field
