Job Description:

Payable Accountant

- Establish a supplier database on the financial system, divide it, and ensure data completeness.
- Review purchase orders between the Purchasing Department and the supplier to assess purchase terms, payments, guarantees, and other conditions. Keep contracts filed.
- Verify received receipts and inspection records, match quantities with purchase orders, and ensure document accuracy supporting the purchasing process.
- Monitor cash or check payments for supply orders to reduce the supplier’s account.

Receivable Accountant

- Manage Client/Customer Receivables.
- Generate invoices and account statements.
- Handle collections and prepare reports.
- Conduct account reconciliations.
- Maintain records and files for accounts receivable.
- Produce monthly financial and management reports.

Requirements

- Junior level with 1-3 years of experience.
- Cairo residents are preferred.
- Experience with SAP ERP is a plus.
- Work Location: Maadi
- Transportation provided.
