A Mechanical Technical Office Engineer (Site Based) is needed for a Contracting company
located in First Settlement-New Cairo with these qualifications:
Job Responsibilities:
· Monitoring project daily progress vs. plan and schedule
· Prepare the construction method statements, Material Submittals, workshop drawings and any other site related technical documents.
· Maintaining cost control on-site activities.
· Prepare Tendering documentation and project cost breakdown
· Preparing client & subcontractor demands / VOs.
· Review and study project documents (contract, drawings, specs, BOQ).
· Prepare work requisition for all required permanent materials, and prepare material submittals and follow-up of the approval process.
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with 5 to 10 years of experience in infrastructure (Water Networks, Stations and Sewage networks)
· High teamwork skills, Problem solver
· Mastering different drawing tools.
· Organized and analytical, able to eliminate obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.
· Have good communication and management skills
· Strong project management and negotiation skills.
