We are Hiring:
Shift Operation Engineer
Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality.
• Follow up the implementation of daily production plan and the distribution of employees within shift.
Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
• Work closely with maintenance and quality control teams to address equipment issues and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Provide technical support and training to production staff to ensure proper implementation of processes and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental policies.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Mechanical-Production-Industrial-Mechatronics) from reputable university
Experience from 1 to 3 years in Production
FMCG background is preferred
Good command of English
• Cairo or Sharkia Resident Is Preferred
